We know it can be hard, particularly when you are struggling, to reach out for support. As parents, when we have a question, are frustrated or need support, we often turn to other parents for guidance and inspiration.
The pop-up button in the corner of your screen opens to an email contact form. You can can reach out, from where you are, any time you want.
We probably won’t be able to respond right away, but we will get back to you as soon as we can!
When you click on Click to Connect, your email goes to our Parenting Now email box. This email box is only seen by our Parenting Now Admin Team. Depending on your question or topic, we will then answer your email directly or forward it to someone on our Experienced Parent team. We will choose a parent who can best connect with your experience.
Our Experienced Parents are not experts in child development or parenting education. They are parents, like you, who know both the joys and the challenges of parenting.

Click to Connect is available on our website 24 hours per day, everyday.
Our staff, however, work regular business hours. This means that we are typically able to respond Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
We are not able to respond on Weekends or Statutory holidays.
